SPP has recently been selected to carry out rendering and painting work to two of Sydney's most prestigious homes, both designed by Alexander Tzannes and built by Infinity Constructions. These two homes exhibit the highest quality workmanship available in Australia. John Symond's (of Aussie Home Loans Fame) house in Point Piper and the Shein residence in Vaucluse are currently under construction. No task is too hard or detail too difficult to achieve.

SPP has vast experience
in restoring, repairing, and rejuvenating heritage
listed buildings and those suffering from ailments
such as concrete cancer, drummy or cracking render,
water ingress and applied coating failure. It
is an approved applicator of Parchem (including
Emer-Clad) and Sika concrete repair products and
all the major paint and texture coating suppliers
such as Dulux, Taubmans, Bristol and Wattyl Granosite.
