Sydney
Plasterers and Painters (SPP) is not just one of the
largest and well respected cement rendering and painting
contractors in the Sydney construction industry. Formed
in 2001, the firm operates under a full Builders Licence,
which allows it to carry out all types of building
work.
SPP has successfully rendered and painted some of Sydney's best known developments including "The Bond" in Millers Point, "Distillery Hill" at Jackson's Landing and "Victoria Park" at Zetland.
Its clients include the who's who of property developers and construction companies in Australia - Bovis Lend Lease, Australand, Multiplex, Walker Group, Grocon and Infinity Constructions to name just a few and it is a preferred contractor of the NSW Department of Commerce.
SPP is abreast of all modern rendering techniques including the use of acrylic modified, polymer and oxide renders. When you use SPP you get a highly organised professional company who, due to the experience of its management and staff, can provide solutions and successful outcomes to any problem.
Safety is SPP's highest priority. You can be sure fully trained staff, under the strictest of supervision, carry out all work. Safety Management Plans are formulated for all work undertaken and all tasks are assessed for possible risk.
Management Plans for Quality Assurance, contract
administration, programming, cleaning, plant and
equipment are also in place and are regularly monitored.
