We look outside the box but always keep in mind the best quality solution to the job at hand. SPP is an approved applicator of Euroset, Unitex, and Rockcote products.
		Set Plaster
		New work and repairs to existing traditional gypsum based hard set plaster including rising damp and moisture -affected walls.

	Concrete cancer/Remediation/Heritage Work
	SPP specialises in repairs to, restoration of and rejuvenation of existing and heritage buildings. Concrete cancer, repairing render, water ingress and coating failure are no longer an issue. SPP will not only repair these ailments but have your building looking better than new upon completion! SPP is an approved applicator of all PARCHEM (incorporating FOSROC, RENDEROC & EMERCLAD) and SIKA Products.
	Painting/Texture Coatings
	SPP carries out all types of decorative, protective and texture painting work. We also specialise in other trowel and spray-on coatings. SPP has approved applicator status from all major suppliers including DULUX, Taubmans, Bristol, Wattyl Granosite. No job is too hard.
	Exterior mouldings
	SPP can supply and install lightweight concrete mouldings to the exterior of your building. You can choose from one of the wide range of standard designs or design your own. These moulds can be used to match existing profiles or used to create a bold, stylish or grand appearance to the exterior or your building or home.
	Cement/epoxy coatings
	SPP can apply cement and epoxy toppings to stairs, floors, carpark slabs etc.
	General building work
	SPP has a full Building Licence #130253C which enables it to carry out residential, commercial and industrial building work.
